Diane Singhroy, Scientific and Technical Advisor


Diane Singhroy is the Scientific and Technical Advisor at Knowledge Ecology International (KEI).

Prior to joining KEI Diane worked as a graduate student researcher in Dr. Mark Wainberg's laboratory at the McGill AIDS centre studying drug resistant HIV and innate immune interactions. She also taught for a microbiology laboratory sciences and collaborative drug discovery course as a teaching assistance for McGill university.

Zack Struver, Communications and Research Associate


Zack Struver is the Communications and Research Associate at Knowledge Ecology International.

Prior to joining KEI in June 2015, Zack worked as a legislative and communications intern for New York State Assemblywoman Sandy Galef in Ossining, New York.

Andrew S. Goldman, Counsel, Policy and Legal Affairs


Andrew S. Goldman is Counsel for Policy and Legal Affairs at KEI. He is an attorney licensed in Maryland and New York, and is admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Elizabeth Rajasingh, Perls Research and Policy Fellow


Elizabeth Rajasingh is the Perls Research and Policy Fellow at Knowledge Ecology International's Washington D.C. office.

Prior to joining KEI in June 2014, Elizabeth interned at the Institute for Policy Studies in the Foreign Policy in Focus department after being awarded a grant from the Institute for Practical Ethics at the University of Virginia .

Claire Cassedy, Research Associate and Assistant for Development


Claire Cassedy is Research Associate and Assistant for Development at Knowledge Ecology International.

Prior to joining KEI in August 2013, Claire worked with several organizations including Global Zero, a nuclear nonproliferation nonprofit, and the North Carolina Democratic Party. She also previously worked as a research assistant and grant writer for the International and Distance Education Alliance at North Carolina State University.

Tedmund Y. Wan

Ted is a Public Service Institute Research Fellow at Knowledge Ecology International. He is a recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School. During his law school career, he interned at a variety of public service and public policy organizations, including the United States Navy JAG, the Department of Justice, and Opportunity Maine, a grassroot advocacy organization.
